Sample Visual Basic 6 files are included within the setup program.
We believe it's always better to see examples, so please take a look at the source code.
Whilst you can create Quick Border control on the fly and even set the properties at run time, we have found that people simply build there Quick Borders at design time.
You can click to download the help files, although they should have already been installed during the setup process.
